It seems like all you think about is food.

And honestly? You're exhausted by it all.

If you're tired of...

  • Stand in the kitchen debating whether to eat something, trying to talk yourself out of it until you're so tired of the argument in your head that you eat it anyway.

  • Promise yourself that Monday will be different, only to spend the weekend eating everything you think you'll have to give up when you start again.

  • Reach for food after a stressful day, even when you know you're not physically hungry—because sometimes you just want a little comfort or relief.

  • Feel like you have no self-control around certain foods, wondering why you can be disciplined in so many areas of life but can't seem to get this one figured out.

  • Let the number on the scale—or what you see in the mirror—determine how you feel about yourself, even though you know your worth is found in Christ.

  • Worry about where your health is headed, especially when you think about your family history, and wonder why that fear still isn't enough to make you change.

And the hardest part?

You've tried really hard.

You've done the diets.
Counted the calories.
Cut out the foods.

But every new plan seems to leave you feeling worse than before.

Now you're questioning every bite, thinking about food more than ever, and trusting yourself less and less.

Maybe you're doing great for a few days. Until life gets stressful, you turn to food for comfort, and suddenly it feels like you've blown the whole thing.

So you give up. Promise to start again tomorrow. Or Monday. Or whenever you can get yourself back on track.

But you don't know what else to do. So you try another diet.

And the cycle starts all over again.

The problem is, you've been trying to solve your food struggles with the very thing that's keeping you stuck.

Diets give you rules, not tools.

They tell you what to eat, but they don't teach you how to trust yourself around food—or help you understand why you keep turning to it in the first place.

Imagine if food was just… food again.

What if you could…

  • Find ice cream in the freezer and realize you'd forgotten it was even there? Not because it's off-limits, but because it doesn't have the same hold on you anymore.

  • Go out to dinner, order what you want, and enjoy every bite. No guilt, no overeating, no second-guessing. Just a delicious meal you enjoy before moving on with your life.

  • Be in the same room as office treats or a bowl of candy without constantly thinking about them. You know they're there if you want some, but they don't demand your attention anymore.

  • Walk through a stressful week without automatically turning to food for comfort. Instead, you give yourself the same grace, rest, and care you'd offer someone you love.

  • Sit down to a meal, enjoy your food, and stop when you're comfortably satisfied. No counting, no measuring, no wondering whether you've eaten too much or too little. You can finally trust yourself around food.

  • Have an imperfect eating day without spiraling into shame, because one choice no longer determines how you feel about yourself—or what you do next.

And maybe the most beautiful part?

Imagine all the space you'd have in your mind and heart if food wasn't taking up so much of it.

More room to be present with your family.

More freedom to enjoy the life God has given you.

More opportunities to turn to Him for the comfort, peace, and strength you've been searching for.

Because food was never meant to have that much power over your life.

Introducing Platinum

The freedom you're looking for doesn't start with food.

It starts with the way you think.

The way you think about food. Your body. Yourself. And the God who wants to be part of every area of your life.

When your mind is filled with fear, guilt, shame, unrealistic expectations, and years of diet rules, it's no wonder food feels like a constant tug-of-war.

But those thoughts can change.

Platinum is a Jesus-first coaching program that helps you get to the root of your food struggles by renewing your mind with God's Word.

You'll learn to recognize the lies you've believed, understand why you turn to food, and begin caring for yourself with grace instead of guilt.

You don't have to get your eating under control before bringing God in.

You don't have to give up every food you love or prove you're serious about changing.

Instead, you can take your eyes off everything you think you're doing wrong and turn them toward Jesus:

The One who chose you knowing every weakness, every struggle, and every mistake you would ever make.

The One who loved you enough to go to the cross for you.

The One whose power is made perfect in your weakness.

You get to start from a place of being loved—not from a place of trying to become worthy of love.

How Platinum is Different

Real change takes more than knowing what to do...

It takes learning how to live it out on a stressful Wednesay afternoon.

That's why Platinum combines biblical teaching, practical tools, personal coaching, and a supportive community to help you build habits that hold up through life's ups and downs—not just when everything goes according to plan.

God's Word is our foundation—not an afterthought.

Through Scripture-based teaching and Bible studies, you'll learn to recognize the lies you've believed about food, your body, and yourself, and replace them with the truth of who you are in Christ.

Pursue better health without making your weight your worth.

We'll help you get clear on what you truly want, why it matters, and how to build a vision for your health that honors God and the life He's called you to live.

You won't be left wondering what to do next.

Follow a clear, practical path that helps you understand your food struggles, practice new ways of thinking, and build healthier habits you can actually live with.

Surround yourself with women who understand you.

You'll find encouragement, prayer, honest conversations, and women who will celebrate your victories and remind you of God's grace when things get hard.

Get help with the struggles you're actually facing.

Through live coaching calls and personal support, you'll have a place to ask questions, work through challenges, and get guidance for applying what you're learning to your everyday life.

You won't be left wondering what to do next.

You don't have to get everything right to keep moving forward. Learn to respond to setbacks with grace instead of guilt, make your next best choice without waiting for Monday, and trust God through the process.

Real Women. Real Freedom.

These women came to Platinum weary of starting over, questioning every food choice, and wondering why nothing ever seemed to stick.

But as they began renewing their minds with God's truth, something started to change.

Not just what they ate—but how they thought about food, how they cared for themselves, and how they leaned on God in everyday life.

And their stories speak for themselves. Take two minutes to hear what happened when they started doing things differently—with God at the center.

"I’m no longer a slave to eating all the sweets or all the fried foods anymore because I can have them whenever I want."

-Natalie

"There is actual balance in my life! My brain has room to think about other things besides obsessively thinking about food."

-Lindsey

"Food is “just food “now. I enjoy the taste and texture. I’m nourished physically–the shame around food is (mostly) quieted and put to rest."

-Lisa

Still Have Questions?

Here are answers to a few questions we hear most often.

Want to talk to a person? Email [email protected].

I've tried so many things and I'm starting to lose hope. Could Platinum really work for me?

If you've tried diet after diet—or reached the point where you're tired of trying altogether—Platinum was created for women just like you.

The problem isn't that you haven't tried hard enough. It's that you've been given plenty of food rules, but not the tools to address what's happening underneath the struggle.

Platinum takes a different approach.

We begin by seeking God first.

Through the G.R.A.C.E. P.A.T.H., you'll learn to recognize the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and habits keeping you stuck—and begin replacing old patterns with God's truth and practical tools you can use in everyday life.

You don't have to arrive feeling confident that this will work. You simply need to be willing to take the next step and let God meet you there.

I've already spent so much money on diets. How can I talk about this investment with my husband?

I understand why this feels like a big decision, especially if you've already spent money on programs that promised change but left you disappointed.

But here's what I want you to understand: Platinum isn't another diet.

You're not investing in another set of food rules or a plan you'll have to start over every Monday. You're investing in learning how to address the thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns that have kept food consuming so much of your attention.

As you talk through the decision together, consider what greater freedom around food could mean for your everyday life.

What would change if you weren't constantly thinking about what to eat, regretting what you ate, or worrying about your body?

What would it mean to have more peace, confidence, and mental energy for the people and things that matter most?

This is about more than changing what you eat. It's about changing your relationship with food—and learning to care for yourself from a place of God's grace.

And it's okay to take the time you need to make a thoughtful decision together.

My life is already really busy. Will I have time for Platinum?

Yes—and you don't need to turn Platinum into another thing you're trying to do perfectly.

One of your first lessons is Planning for Platinum, where we'll help you look at your schedule, your capacity, and the pace that actually works for your life.

Following the full recommended pace takes approximately 2–3 hours per week, including lessons and Bible study. But if that isn't realistic for you right now, we can help you adjust your pace.

You'll have an entire year of access to the lessons, coaching, community, and support, so there's room to slow down when life gets busy.

And remember: you're probably already spending a surprising amount of time and mental energy thinking about food, your weight, what you should eat, or when you're going to start over.

Platinum helps you give that energy a new direction.

The goal isn't to finish as quickly as possible. It's to build new ways of thinking and living that can become part of your everyday life.

Is my Platinum investment refundable?

Because Platinum has limited space and we begin investing in each member as soon as she enrolls—including her Welcome Kit, onboarding, coaching access, resources, and support—all Platinum purchases are nonrefundable.

If you choose the payment plan, you're committing to the full program investment. All remaining scheduled payments are due even if you decide not to complete or participate in the program.

We encourage you to review the program details, payment options, and your personal circumstances before enrolling so you can make a confident, informed decision.

Do I have to follow a diet or give up my favorite foods?

No! Platinum isn't another diet, and we're not going to hand you a list of forbidden foods.

Instead, you'll learn to understand why you eat the way you do, recognize the thoughts and emotions influencing your choices, and build habits that support your health without making food the center of your life.

The goal isn't to become better at following food rules. It's to experience freedom around food.

What if I'm not good at following through? I've quit so many programs before.

Then you're exactly the kind of woman we want to support.

Platinum isn't built around getting everything right. It's built around learning how to keep moving forward—even when life gets messy.

You'll have a clear path to follow, coaching when you get stuck, and a community of women who understand what it's like to struggle.

And when you have an imperfect day? You won't have to throw everything away and start over on Monday.

You'll learn how to give yourself grace, make your next best choice, and keep going.

What If This Is Where Everything Begins to Change?

What if the very struggle that's kept you feeling stuck becomes the place where God does something beautiful in your life?

Not because you finally find enough willpower.

Not because you learn to follow another set of rules.

But because you stop putting your hope in your own performance and start putting your trust in the One who will never let you down.

God knows you. He sees every struggle, every fear, every place you've tried so hard to change. And He loves you right where you are.

Imagine what could happen as you begin turning your eyes away from food, guilt, and everything you think you're doing wrong—and toward Jesus.

Your eyes are opened. Your heart is free. Your hands begin to let go of food so they can take hold of what God has next.

Because this has always been about so much more than food freedom.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

You don't need to know exactly how the journey will unfold.

You just need to be willing to take that first step of faith.

What if this is your moment to step out of the boat and trust the One who's calling you?
